The ODMD Board of Directors and standing committees invite you take part in regular monthly meetings (schedule below). All meetings are open to the public. 

Board of Directors
Meets: 3rd Monday of the Month
Time: 5:15 pm

Executive Committee
Meets: Week prior to Board meeting (days vary, please call the office)
Time: 3:00 p.m.

Promotions Marketing & Merchant Engagement Committee
Meets: 1st Thursday of the Month

Design & Physical Enhancement Committee
Meets: 2nd Thursday of the Month

Time: 6:00 p.m.

Activities: Streetscape Beautification - Murals & Public Art - District Maintenance - Adopt-a-Planter Program

Downtown Improvement Task Force
Meets: 3rd Thursday of the Month

Time: 10:00 am
Location: City Offices, 300 West Third Street, Fourth Floor, Oxnard, CA 93030)
Activities: Collaborative between ODMD and City Administrators and Department Heads dedicated to enhancing downtown through process improvement, capital projects, and issue resolution.
