Downtown Improvement Task Force
Meets: 3rd Thursday of the Month 
Time: 10:00 am Location: City Offices, 300 West Third Street, Fourth Floor, Oxnard, CA 93030)
Activities: Collaborative between ODMD and City Administrators and Department Heads dedicated to enhancing downtown through process improvement, capital projects, and issue resolution.

Staff

Abel Ramírez Magaña is the Executive Director of the Oxnard Downtown Management District (ODMD). He is responsible for overseeing the annual district work plan including delivery of core services - clean and safe programs, business recruitment and retention, advocacy and government relations.

Vianey Lopez is Program Coordinator and provides office support and helps coordinate meetings and events.

Captain Joshua Walker leads the District Safety Program. Walker is responsible for managing a team of 8 full- and part-time officers dedicated to patrolling the district and providing support services to the public safety officers as well as acting as abassadors to visitors to Downtown Oxnard.

Cameron White is an intern assisting on special projects and currently attending California State University at Channel Islands.
